Refund / Return Policy

Because we sell digital software licenses, our refund policy is limited and follows these rules:

1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Non‑delivery: If you do not receive your license key within 48 hours of payment confirmation, you may request a full refund.
  • Technical incompatibility: If the ANPR software does not run on your server environment (we will assist with troubleshooting), and no solution is found within 14 days, a pro‑rated refund may be issued.
  • Duplicate payment: We will refund any accidental duplicate transaction in full.

2. Non‑refundable Situations

  • Change of mind or purchase of wrong plan.
  • Failure to meet your own server requirements (e.g., PHP version, camera compatibility) after purchase.
  • Licenses that have been activated and used for more than 7 days.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at with your order number and reason. We will respond within 3 business days.

4. PayPal / Stripe Disputes

Please contact us first before filing a chargeback. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in permanent deactivation of your license.
